From company culture, to client work, I am responsible for a number of key things. I manage the people, processes and projects at Hollinden that enable you to drive revenue and grow your firm. -Project Management-Operations-Administration-Process Management-Digital Marketing-Branding-Social Media

Led global marketing, branding and communications efforts. Major accomplishments include:-Planned and facilitated 10 global trade shows with measured ROI in excess of $8 million-Developed and managed $1 million global marketing budget-Crafted and released 15 press releases, all of which were picked up by multiple publications-Worked with an outside vendor to automate the business card and stationary ordering process which saved the company time and at least $60,000 in printing costs in my first 90 days-Launched a research platform for the sales groups that led to $300,000 in sales in the first quarter -Managed multiple vendor relationships within constraints of deadlines and budget-Successfully branded and launched joint venture in Africa-Redesigned and launched new and improved web site-Created and introduced Intermarine store to better manage promotional items inventory and give global sales teams access to the same items to ensure brand consistency worldwide

Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing programs for specific accounts. Major accomplishments include:-Created action oriented marketing plans for each account that included company information, strategy and tactics-Moved beyond Account Management to assist the Executive Director of Brand and Channels. I single-handedly completed a competitive assessment and advised his team on future firm positioning-Capitalized on internal CRM system and business research resources to identify sales and relationship development opportunities

As part of the Regional Marketing team and under the leadership of the AERS Senior Marketing Manager, supported the regional AERS managing partners with their marketing and communications need including, but not limited to:-Planning and facilitating multi-day partner meetings-Designing and writing partner presentations and internal newsletters-Recommending marketing priorities to managing partners to grow the business

The only account executive in a four-person company, I was responsible for managing the day to day operations of our account portfolio. I worked with the account contacts on their strategy, marketing calendar and plans, then teamed with our internal designer to make those plans reality. Highlights of my time at Hollinden include:-Worked with a large, Houston-area credit union on their rebrand and reintroduction to the market once they opened membership to the entire community. I received high praise from the Board of Directors after my presentations

In this role, I worked solely with the account managers, guiding them on the strategic aspect of their account relationships—what conversations to have, how to plan to best capitalize on their accounts, etc. I also worked with the Creative Director and agency lead on major credit union acquisitions and integrations around the country.

Through research and understanding of the marketplace, I held responsibility for the profitability of products within the retail bank (loans, checking accounts, etc.) Day to day activities included:-Developed communication strategies for new product/services launch; assist business groups with roll-out plans and market entry strategies-Prepared monthly and quarterly product and fee reports for Chief Banking Officer using product surveys and CRM data

Recruited out of college to join Texas Commerce Bank/Chase Bank's Retail Management Training program. We spent 18 months rotating through the different parts of the retail bank including back office, lending and branch services.
