Segerstrom's New School of Dance and Music for Children with Disabilities is an inclusive school for children with disabilities including visual impairment, autism, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome as well as children that are developmentally typical to explore movement, music, and creativity.-Part of team to build program for School of Dance and Music for Children with Disabilities -Provided high quality, adaptive dance instruction as a member of the founding team.-Researched, organized and distributed curriculum to teaching teams for all levels of students.-Collaborated with occupational therapist, physical therapist and music instructor to provide inclusivity throughout class time.-Presented organization's work and concepts at local events.-Provide on-going consultation, curriculum adjustments/creation and trainings for staff as needed.
