Bilingual Instructional Coach
My role as a bilingual instructional coach was to provide bilingual teachers coaching cycles that may pertain to classroom management, literacy, content knowledge, direct instruction, and assessment. Coaching cycles are a gradual release model of professional learning that is collaborative and supportive in nature.
