Started as a bookseller, and worked up to Training Supervisor, national sort specialist (I opened new stores!) and then Operations Manager. In that role, I oversaw the hiring and scheduling for all hourly employees, as well as the performance review process for the supervisory team. I also managed the P/L and inventory for the cafe, as well as the daily bank deposits and sales reconciliation process.
