Digital Product Support Supervisor - Member Communications
CurrentResponsible for managing the ongoing operations for approximately 90 online projects representing 62 different associations. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients by overseeing online product offerings including e-newsletters and digital magazines as well as assisting with technical set up for online buyers' guides and website ad sales. Daily responsibilities include proofreading and editing e-newsletters and digital magazines for accuracy, layout, formatting, hyperlinks, advertising positions and ensuring on-time deliverability. Facilitated the redesign of 13 e-newsletters to mobile responsive designs. Manage new project set-up from contract to launch working with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Create mockups for online projects including e-newsletters, websites, and microsites.
