Led a team of Change Management, Communication and Training professionals as we launch new systems and applications to our internal customers and clinics.

Designed measurement architectures for key business functions that provided the blueprint for building out oracle analytics dashboards. Created a new requirements gathering process focusing on information and metrics needed rather than replacing legacy reports. Used change management tools to deploy new dashboards.

Established and led a new corporate organization providing direction and support to all functions on business optimization through integrated corporate goal setting, process management and improvement. My organization included the corporate Six Sigma Program (training, mentoring, and results tracking), leading a cross-functional team in the creation and management of a Corporate Process Map with Process Owners used to identify improvement opportunities; leading the annual corporate goal setting process to ensure that goals were integrated across the company and cascaded to all levels; managing the ISO Program.

OD consulting with executives on organizational effectiveness including team chartering, strategy and goal deployment, group dynamics, process management and change management. Special projects included leading the change management team for the corporate-wide implementation of SAP which improved productivity for over 5000 employees; Creating and managing the Leadership and Management Development Curriculum; driving the Corporate Employee Satisfaction Survey process including design, administration and results reporting.
