In the past few years I have particularly enjoyed working in the third and public sector on variety of research projects. My doctoral degree at University of Exeter was focused on exploring the innovation initiatives of social enterprises in South-West England/ Scotland and their associated social impact. I have a strong interest in evidence based approaches to organisational decision making and everything related to organisational strategy. Recommended publication: Dudau, A., Kominis, G. and Szocs, M., 2018. Innovation failure in the eye of the beholder: towards a theory of innovation shaped by competing agendas within higher education. Public Management Review, 20(2), pp.254-272.
