Melinda Zheng grew up in Harbin in northeast China, where she studied English during her time in university. She began her professional career as a personal assistant within a clothing company, where she got the opportunity to travel to multiple European countries, as well as other parts of Asia. Melinda began her time at Austen Morris Associates because she wanted to use and build upon her growing experience with working in a Western work environment. Starting in the Austen Morris Associates Beijing front office, Melinda soon took up the position as Office Manager. During this time Melinda actively offered her assistance to various Associates and gained insight and exposure to the business working under Phil Morris, the Executive Director. Melinda found as her knowledge about the company grew, that she had a knack for interacting with clients and providing excellent service. Melinda has now transitioned roles, undergoing rigorous and comprehensive training to enable her to join the Client Services team at the Shanghai office headquarters as an account manager to contribute to Austen Morris Associates' unparalleled level of client satisfaction.
