As a Quality Analyst at AdventHealth, I evaluate the service and data integrity of assigned functional team processes and work products against defined standards, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. I am also pursuing my MBA degree at Webster University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in business administration and management. I also identify and escalate trends and repeated issues, and propose solutions to mitigate future problems. Some of the skills that I apply and enhance in this role include customer relationship management (CRM), human resources (HR), team building, problem-solving, communication, and data analysis.
