Current- Provide first level of support to dealers/vendors
- Control high volume of incoming/outbound phone calls & emails from dealers/vendors
- Assist with variety of questions, requests, effectively research, document & track issues
- Proactively identify and resolve data issues to ensure seamless data flow
- Create, monitor and resolve tickets through Salesforce SFX ticketing system
- Modify, test & apply code using SQL
