Project support while ensuring objectives and deadlines are met; development and enhancement of consulting skills. My main responsibilities include:- Development of an international project aimed at strengthening the Employee Experience, one of Orange Business's four Strategic Value Propositions. Conducted interviews with various Orange Business entities (America, Europe, etc.), drafted and analyzed interview reports incorporated into the final strategic deliverable.- Supported the project team within the Île-de-France Industrial Clients Unit (UCI IDF) for the Back to School post-Olympics and Paralympics project: drafted reports for the Executive Committee and workshops.- Internal monitoring of Orange Group's CSR policies in preparation for drafting a request for proposals.- Catalogued a Smart Cities project for internal knowledge capitalization within the firm.- Revised the value proposition and presentation for the Smart Cities team in preparation for client meetings scheduled in September.- Participated in employee training on Orange Consulting's internal AI tool.

As a student employee, I informed users on the library’s services and documents, managed their demands and feedback, arranged, and classified resources, helped users find all types of documents, ensured the security and silence of the building.

Metro is a company that operates in 30+ countries, with more than 120 thousand employees. I developed a comprehensive future Business Model, a detailed SWOT analysis, and an action plan for the Internal Consultancy unit of Metro, after an extensive research on future Management Consultancy trends and Metro’s strategic priorities. I also worked with the Design and Media Solutions team to create a more data driven Rewards and Recognition system. Finally, I built and delivered an end-to-end 4-week introduction course to the French language for employees - France being one of the biggest markets for Metro.
