I determine SNAP eligibility.

 I teach individuals with mental illness to identify adaptive coping skills. Assist individuals with group activities such as Rehabilitation Day Services. Assist individuals with one on one interventions. Assist individuals with being able to identify stressors that bring on psychotic symptoms.

 Assists Division Manager and Division Support Specialist.  Complete Check requests for consumers and staff. Assists with hiring/firing/training of employees. Assists with consumer’s finances each month. Completes spreadsheets monthly for DM and DSS.  Assists with maintaining relationships/Conflict resolution with guardians. Transportation. Assists DM and DSS with audits from DDS and Medicaid.

 Overseen the day to day operations of Waiver/Personal Care/ and Training Departments. Completed yearly budgets for Waiver/Personal Care/ and Training Departments. Completed monthly Dashboards for Waiver and Personal Care departments. Completed File audits for Waiver Department that encompassed both internal and external entities. Reviewed integrated supports work sheets for accuracy before they were submitted to DDS.  Attended/Completed any assignments that were associated with CARF( Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). Attended/Completed any assignments that were associated with Health Homes Model. Responsible for Hiring/Firing/Training and Conflict resolution’s to include staff/consumers/and guardians. Reviewed/Completed OHCDS ( Organized Health Care Delivery System) request. Attended monthly meetings for Case Managers and Coordinators.  Attended administration meetings monthly. Completed Monthly Newsletters for Waiver Department. Completed Employee of the month/year nominations.  Completed Staff evaluations on an annual basis.
