Myself and my co-founder had started MnM decors as a passion project. It's a place where balloons, flowers, paper crafts and other decor work converge. We take decor and paper craft orders for all types of events.My role involved:o Managing all client communications and maintaining strong relationships with clients.o Managing and handling all the Décor and event coordination work alongside the other co-founder.o Handling the costing of the events and managing the budgets.o Managing the social media for MnM Decors.o During the initial stages – prepared and did all the décor work from scratch with the co-founder.
