Camp focuses on selling homes in the Phoenix area while helping homeowners make informed and sustainable choices for home improvement. She founded Elite Education real estate school in 2014 and a 501(c)(3) non-profit Sustainable Real Estate Education in 2016.Camp is a subject matter expert for NAR and has help create over 20 courses nationally including Sustainability and Resiliency: What REALTORS Need to Know. Courses can be found at learning.realtor. Camp also has helped integrate sustainability related content into the C2EX learning platform and helped update the GREEN Designation textbook 3x. Through volunteer leadership she is leading NAR to begin measuring carbon emissions scopes 1-3 for two headquarters.Elite Education offers continuing education courses for Realtors on green building science, marketing green homes, & PV solar. Camp has assisted the Arizona Association of Realtors in the creation and update to a State-wide standardized form for selling homes with solar. Camp was elected serve as Vice-Chair for Alhambra Planning Committee, where she is a voice for sustainable development. Also elected to the Arizona Association of Realtor Board Of Directors in 2019 and appointed to the National Association of Realtors Sustainability Advisory Committee for her 6th term. She is going on her 10th year as NAR GREEN advisory board member. Former board member for USGBC AZ and former Residential Green Building Committee Chair. She is a USGBC course pro reviewer and a LEED AP-homes accredited professional. She has certified multiple green residential remodels under the ICC 700 building code and has interest in putting back on the green hardhat and building and developing again.
