To accomplish these objectives while leading a global team, we are executing a multi-phased effort on these fronts:A focus on the fundamentals was necessary to mature our practices and outcomes. This included building process inventories and maps as well as driving SLA alignment, implementation, and reporting. This has required a significant lift as the team needed to be retrained to be data and accountability driven.We analyzed our resourcing mix and approach looking for ways to optimize cost and resource availability. This led to the creation of the People Enablement Center in India where we now source most of our operational talent as we continue to evolve. We are now also moving to leverage Costa Rica as an additional best cost alternative with favorable time zone coverage to the US. We have ramped up efforts to drive Customer Zero utilization of the ServiceNow HRSD platform simplifying our employee interactions and processes while leveraging Workday as our System of Record. Employing the Product model, we have implemented several improvements across the employee life cycle leveraging workflow, virtual assistants and Generative AI on the platform that deliver great experiences while removing manual work in operations. We also leverage Lean and process mining to help identify continuous improvement opportunities in addition to driving large impact change initiatives.We are now finalizing a reorganization of the team to drive operational focus and COE partnership as we fully align to the product model. We will leverage this new focus as we move to a proactive approach to bring additional operational work into the team from the COE’s ensuring thoughtfulness, due diligence, and risk mitigation throughout the process. -
