I was a Marketing Assistant at HiRUM Software Solutions. My role was to coordinate and support the delivery of brand marketing campaigns for HiRUM and its associated companies. My role also included; coordinating marketing programs to promote our client's businesses, mainly through social media.

The Gold Coast Adventure Travel Group (GCATG) was established in 2004 to undertake a co-ordinated and cohesive approach to targeting youth travel to the Gold Coast. For over a decade, the GCATG has played an integral role in facilitating product development, networking, mentoring and marketing opportunities and over the years has made a significant contribution towards increasing international youth visitation, yield and dispersal to the Gold Coast region.The Gold Coast Adventure Travel Group is supported and works alongside Gold Coast Tourism and the City of Gold Coast Council to execute a strategic marketing plan that will help drive youth visitors to the Gold Coast.As part of my role, I was required to assist GCATG and Gold Coast Tourism in implementing a marketing plan that targets the youth sector. My other responsibilities included; work with graphic designers to deliver marketing collateral, represent GCATG and Gold Coast Tourism at various Trade shows, distribute newsletters and marketing brochures, maintain and update GCATG client database, maintain GCATG Statistical Data, recruit new members to the Gold Coast Adventure Travel Group, social media marketing and blogging were just a few of my responsibilities.
