We train and supervise a team of Census Enumerators in their assigned areas, ensure that data is collected accurately and completely according to established procedures and timelines, monitor the progress and performance of Census Enumerators and provide coaching and feedback as needed, resolve any issues or challenges encountered by Census Enumerators in the field, gather and compile data from assigned areas and submit it to the appropriate authorities, make sure that all assigned areas are covered and that there are no gaps in the data collection process and maintain accurate records of all activities and submit regular reports as required.
