My experience includes:- Performing business valuations for investment purposes, such as partner buyout, ESOP compliance, dissolutions, shareholder disputes and IP valuations to tax related purposes, such as a company structure conversion, potential capital gains tax, estate and gift tax compliance, IRC §409A compliance and purchase price allocations.- Working with companies in the preparation of their business for sale, performing business due diligence, financial and operational assessments, strategic and tactical business planning, developing cash flow projections, feasibility studies, creating business development strategies, analysis of potential acquisitions, assisting clients with financing needs, etc.- Negotiating and assisting with sales, marketing, training and operations to sell a company’s products and services.
