I managed three teams, a total of 18 people with different roles, Functional Analysts, Developers and Quality Analysts. I performed performance evaluations according to each person and the role they played within the company. I was in charge of Project Plans, risk management, testing plan, prioritization together with the Product Owners. I reported the progress of each project to the management of the company, as well as to the other stakeholders.

As Scrum Master I ensured that all meetings met their objective, implemented good Scrum practices, facilitated the daily work of each member and ensured that any impediments that might arise were dissipated.As a Functional Analyst I defined each new development, ensured that the business flows were covered by the application, I performed functional tests to ensure compliance with requirements. I was in charge of maintaining the ERP and the After Sales area and all its satellite systems. It included the areas of Warehouse Logistics, Invoicing, Customer Service, Warranty, and After Sales Services (mechanics). Performed the entire development cycle (Analysis, Development and Cross Testing).
