Ensuring the timely achievement of financial targets such as sales, revenue, profit, etc., for the responsible product categories, as well as managing inventory and procurement plans. Tracking the budget plans on a weekly and monthly basis and making revisions when necessary. Managing pre-season planning processes (option capacity plan, option plan, range plan, size analysis, etc.). Managing in-season planning processes (Retail Performance Tracking, OTB management, markdown management, etc.). Playing an active role in creating a specific collection for the responsible product group based on sales analyses. Collaborating effectively with marketing/pricing campaign managers for campaign management, creating the necessary campaign calendar, and providing support for performance evaluation. Preparing and presenting weekly sales, stock, and performance reports. Conducting stock projections based on product sales performance and managing the balance between orders and sales.

Planning supply for over 25 short shelf life fresh products (poultry), and 20 frozen products to over 550 warehouses in various capacities in Turkey. This position requires attention to detail and planning according to special requirements of each warehouse. Improving forecast accuracy by driving the daily / weekly product demand forecast cycle, utilizing the statistical forecasting application. Collaborating with Purchasing and Marketing to incorporate market intelligence into the demand plan at product, customer and market levels and to develop and update the assumptions supporting the demand plan. Partnering with Purchasing to incorporate new product introductions, product conversions and product deactivations into the plan. Utilizing root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues for correction. Monitor the demand plan performance (forecast error, accuracy, bias) by measuring actual versus planned performance at multiple planning levels.

Reviewing and analyzing mobile applications, detecting features that could be improved and highlighted within the mobile applications, reporting user experience, and suggesting improvements regarding user experience, reviewing competitor applications and reporting features and improvements that could be added to Turkcell applications.Stajcell August 2020 semester committee project – second place.
