About Melisie Tolossa

I have worked for more than six years in education and training sector that is from October 2005- January, 2010 during these times I had been working in teacher training college. Since February 2010 I am working in NGO sector. I have been involved in different position of project management cycle:While I was program coordinator for the livelihood department I engaged in: planning for implementation, supervising project implementation and providing technical support for field staff, organizing training. Now I am directing the food security and entrepreneurship department. In addition to the day to day coordination activities I have been involved in fund raising activities ; I have developed concept notes and generated fund for my department.From technical point of view I have got adequate experience in designing and managing livelihood improvement projects.
