As an Industrial Engineering student at MEF University, I am passionate about problem solving and applying engineering principles to optimize systems and processes. I have completed multiple projects and courses that have enhanced my general engineering skills, such as data analysis, quality control, operations research, and simulation.I have also gained valuable hands-on experience as an intern at Kale Grubu and Aldo Marine, two leading companies in their sector. At Kale Grubu, I supported the human resources department in developing and implementing employee engagement and performance evaluation programs. At Aldo Marine, I assisted the accounting team in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports. In both roles, I demonstrated my active listening, communication, and presentation skills, as well as my ability to work effectively in a team and learn quickly. My goal is to pursue a career in industrial engineering that allows me to contribute to the innovation and improvement of various industries and sectors.
