My primary role is to support customers in the ANZ + ASEAN regions in their scaling and adoption of GitHub Enterprise: the secured by default, AI-powered developer platform. I identify growth opportunities, help customers navigate their transition to more advanced GitHub products/services, offer strategic advice and ensure a smooth and effective adoption process.GitHub Advanced Security: Understanding customers' DevSecOps journey and presenting tailored solutions using GitHub Advanced Security (secret scanning, code scanning, and dependency reviews) to enhance their codebase security and compliance.GitHub Copilot: Showcasing the capabilities of GitHub Copilot (Business/Enterprise) to dev teams, highlighting the power or AI and machine learning in improving coding efficiency, code quality, innovation, as well as the overall developer experience.Expert & Partner services: Working with GitHub Services and Partners to develop customised solutions that meet the specific requirement of customers. This may span from configuring workflows, setting up continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and optimising repository structures to more advanced or comprehensive training sessions that cover migration, onboarding, technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and guidance on best practices.Customer relationship management: Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor; monitoring client usage and satisfaction and addressing any areas for improvement; conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure their needs are being met.Internal collaboration: Working closely with GitHub and Microsoft teams such as marketing, product development, field operations and customer support to ensure an aligned, cohesive approach to client management.Reporting and analysis: Using CRM tools to track, report and manage account performance metrics including sales, revenue, and customer retention.
