A team of students and I conducted research to determine the level of food insecurity on Auburn's campus. We took both the qualitative and quantitative research to the President of the university to enact change on campus based around our research. I also attended and presented our research at the UFWH and Campus Kitchens Annual Hunger Summit to students, faculty, and administration from universities across the country in March of 2017.
