I'm a dedicated and very compassionate person and professional, I have a very diverse work experience in everything from manufacturing and shipping, working in grocery retail, to professional office settings. This vast experience has helped me to obtain and learn very valuable skills in communication, people and adaptation to many different experiences and challenges. My most recent experience gave me the opportunity as a Team Lead in which not reflected my ability to grow my communication skills, but to lead a team in which I had opportunities to train and gain the trust of my peers through listening, empathy, and a strong will to help them to feel heard and valued as a team member. I feel that the opportunity I was given in which I embraced by learning as much as I could, opened the door to many other possibilities and future newfound passions I didn't realize were there all along. I'm excited to explore and enhance the skills I not only had all along, but to continue to grow though new challenges, adaptation to new fields, and the realization of my true potential!
