• Manage and execute strategic samplings and consumer outreach within an expanded, state-wide territory• Spearhead quality, consistent program execution among KIND team members both in South Florida and remotely• Uncover and negotiate impactful event opportunities and key partnerships throughout the state of Florida

• Own the KIND brand in South Florida, reaching new consumers and deepening loyalty through ongoing engagement• Develop innovative marketing plans and sampling strategy, increasing awareness while converting trial to purchase• Leverage a dynamic network of local influencers and partners in promoting KIND’s product and social mission• Collaborate with Sales counterparts to determine market-level support in securing incremental retail opportunities• Oversee and mentor Associate Field Marketing Manager in recruiting, onboarding and training a team of best-in-class Brand Ambassadors• Work alongside Regional Field Marketing Manager to ensure local alignment on larger initiatives and programs• Manage activation investments, market expenses and part-time labor within annual budgets• Capture compelling photos showcasing local events and partnerships to share via social media and internal recaps• Report and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results in alignment with greater department goals

• Implement and support all national and regional marketing programs and initiatives• Cultivate positive relationships with members of the media and our regional public relations firm• Maintain an active online presence through social media channels like Facebook and Twitter• Establish mutually beneficial partnerships with local schools, businesses and the community• Develop engaging and effective press releases, monthly newsletters, ads and other collaterals• Maximize sales potential through successful marketing strategies, sponsorships and events
