After a 10 year stay in London, Melissa returned to Australia and commenced work with Recruitment Solutions (a division of the Chandler Macleod Group) as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant. Melissa has experience working in positions such as Recruitment Consultant, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Team Leader and her vast experience has seen her recruiting temporary and permanent roles as well as volume recruitment recruiting for clients such as Australia Post – Call Centre and Retail Staff, Telstra – Sales Consultants, Chubb – Call Centre Staff, DHL – Call Centre Staff and National Australia Bank – Bank Tellers. These volume recruits have seen her conduct assessment centres and role playing assessments as well as managing the whole recruitment process to include liaison with key client contacts.Currently Melissa specialises in Mining & Engineering.
