I am a Partner at Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP. With over 20 years of litigation experience, I offer a unique blend of legal knowledge and business development acumen to not only deliver outstanding legal counsel but also to play a key role in driving the firm’s growth and expanding its client base. I am also the firm’s Chief Diversity Officer and Group Head of the Diversity & Inclusion Consulting Group. In this role, I leverage my background in law to lead the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and am responsible for developing and executing the firm’s strategy to attract, recruit, and retain talent and to foster a firmwide culture of inclusion and belonging. I work with firm clients and other businesses to develop their own diversity and inclusion programs and related initiatives. Additionally, I am regularly called upon to share my insights through speaking engagements, most recently having presented a CLE program to the New York State Legislature. I am deeply involved in the firm’s business development efforts and have been instrumental in expanding the firm’s reach and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. By identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and leveraging my strong professional network, I have significantly contributed to the firm's growth.I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, Women's Bar of the State of New York and Westchester Women’s Bar Association, where I am a board member and co-chair of the DEI Committee. I am a member of the Business Council of Westchester where I serve as an Ambassador and a member of the Business Council of New York State.
