I have 25 years’ experience in organizational development, operational analysis, strategic planning, culture change and addressing collaborative planning issues. I have worked with a myriad of organization types on their journey to high performance and partnered with clients at different stages of organizational growth including scaling and transitioning organizations, to those focusing on realignment and recalibration to support their vision and future goals.
