Peak Mindset is a professional coaching and training company focused on transformational coaching to empower others to achieve personal and/or professional goals. Through the power of partnering, I coach people on how to strengthen their growth mindset so that they can successfully navigate the challenges in front of them. Peak Mindset is client driven with the belief that we are all capable of the impossible as long as we get out of our own way. Additionally, I design and facilitate engaging and impactful learning experiences, incorporating diverse instructional methods to cater to various learning styles both virtually and in-person.

I own the relationship with operational stakeholders and lead the implementation of contract commitments with the ultimate goal of outperforming to support out sales team with renewal and expansion of our state contracts. Promptly communicating updates and changes to project scope, schedule, and costs to stakeholders is critical. I designed and delivered onboarding and learning programs to assist clients in the early adoption of Wonderschool's CCMS platform. Additionally, I coached customers in their pursuit of becoming licensed, child care providers and implemented adult learning practices in the facilitation of 30 client cohorts every 6 weeks, combining in-person and virtual courses (instructor-led, live in Zoom, videos, and interactive learning in RISE) in addition to facilitating virtual monthly webinars. Led the Special Education Department of 52 staff members and mentored 15 new employees improving performance through the use of ongoing data (quantitative & qualitative) to enhance learning performance and classroom effectiveness.Key Achievements: ◆ Repaired a toxic work culture by building and nurturing supportive relationships, identifying core values, aligning a vision around a common goal, and driving accountability◆ Utilized project management skills to oversee 300+ student IEPs ensuring compliance, quality, timelines, and viable implementation. ◆ Facilitated 100+ yearly special education meetings to create authentic Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) using a compassionate listening stance to reach agreements.

Served as lead special education educator in a therapeutic program.
