Hello! I am Melissa, RN BSN in which most of my career has been in critical care/ER. Most recently I was an RN Supervisor for a large SNF which had a sub-acute unit in which I cared for patients, and managed my staff from everything from education to clinical skills, and staffing, working with management, etc, for the best possible care of our patients. I recently obtained my BSN, and plan to enter into a DNP program fall 2022 or spring 2023. I absolutely love health care and all that it entails, and hope to join a company in which my skills can be utilized bedside, while my experience can be utilized in management! I know I will make a great addition to any team for the best possible care of our patients, and fellow staff! Teamwork makes the dream work!
