Current role as a Financial Construction Manager I support the current CPM on all financial matters for the 850NR/OPEN CPRI/ and BBU Upgrade projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to customer interaction with the Verizon team to create, true up and receive on open PO’s as well as Hardware PO’s. Cost commitment clean up across the projects focusing on reverse unrealized costs, WIP, closing back log, and plan billed value. Work with the GC’s for PO issuance, material ordering and release to the GC’s, and project close out. In this role I also took on material logistics responsibilities and worked closely with Ericsson project warehouse to release hardware on the projects, as well as placed consumable orders with Talley. This was a time-critical project, so it was up to me to ensure the GC’s had, in their hands, all the material to complete the SOW necessary. I am also responsible for assisting the CM’s on COP review and approval, as well as upload to Verizon program of record FUZE/Site Tracker. My initial role with Ericsson was in New Mexico as a Project Construction Coordinator. I was in a supporting role to the Ericsson Customer Project Manager (CPM) regarding financial aspects for the New Mexico Market doing T-Mobile work, which included but was not limited to, project plan of record, project schedule, cost, inventory, financial tracking. Main duties included various administrative functions, coordination of construction scheduling and communication, data entry in various tools and databases. Responsible for schedules, materials, and purchase orders to suppliers and from the customer. Maintain data integrity in associated internal and external deployment tools. Take daily direction from CM, Senior CM, Project Management Finance Specialist and CPM for clerical and admin tasks as they relate to costs and revenue as well as project construction start readiness and project invoicing.

I started with this company as a Project Coordinator and quickly moved to Scoping manager responsible for New Mexico site build cost estimate to submit to the customer. This part of my job entailed learning and understanding how to build a new cell site from the ground up for AT&T. After 2 years was promoted again to Project Manager for the RMR managing/tracking projects and staff for construction projects for everything from SAQ, to cost for labor and materials, to closeouts. Track over 500 projects from start to finish as it relates to scoping, finances, document receivables/customer deliverables, true ups and close outs. Work closely with site acquisition to track and manage forecasted data to ensure my team met the commitments made to our customer. Work closely with our construction department as well as warehouse team to coordinate all aspects of the build to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data and construction start readiness. Market SPOC for Driver Exceptions, Nsite and NICAT audits which entailed weekly calls, tracking and monitoring for accuracy and cleanup of projects to ensure Mastecs revenue recovery from the customer.
