I am a people person that thrives on helping others both personally and professionally. I firmly believe that we are at our best when we are giving back. This passion has led me my entire life whether I am taking care of my family, volunteering or helping a client. As a child I moved around a LOT. I have lived all over, from Florida to Alaska. This taught me to adapt quickly to new environments and to be an excellent communicator. My experience in different careers has enhanced this and allowed me to utilize this skill in many different ways. I have learned that effective communication is the key to being successful in all areas of life. While I do love a good book and some peace and quiet you will most often find me sharing my time with friends and family. I am currently working as an Office Manager for Postal Benefits Group. The most rewarding aspect of this role is knowing that I am a part of helping federal/postal employees successfully retire after years of hard work. Hearing the appreciation and relief in their voices when they know that someone is there to truly listen to their needs and help them is the best! My professional experience includes; accounts receivable, billing, publishing, event planning, customer service, benefits specialist, sales, management, data entry, and development.
