One of my favorite accomplishments I've done has been bettering others, and inspiring them to do their best work.As a Mentor and Client Solutions Specialists there are many times I am working with many different people and many different solutions, but I love to get the same outcome in my work; better the individual or experience I am pertaining to. Throughout several years I've honed my ability to align my peers work towards common goals and excelling in team KPIS, while learning to better and excel different business practices. I understand that collaboration and communication are critical to obtaining our common goals and alignment. As a mentor I've seen some of my best work come from collaborating with others; I live for it! To gain different perspectives and to refine our strategies even better is one of the best kept secrets in an excelling team. As a Client Solutions Specialists, I flex to fit other communication styles to be more effective in such a fast-paced environment. However, in both roles I've understood and realized the benefits in cross-functioning these abilities.My passion for improving the work of our business and my peers brings me passion and desire each day. It is my belief that this is the key to being successful in any endeavor that one set’s their mind to; to eagerly be passionate about your work. I love to generate new ideas individually and as a team to devise feasible solutions. I enjoy embracing the lessons learned from each failure and accomplishment, as I continue to stand up and continue to grow. I love being passionate about my work.
