Regulation: Analyze and Interpret State Statute and Rules regarding professional compliance and apply those legal parameters into digital actions within the CE Zoom platform. Anticipate future rules changes to CE Requirements. as they apply to creating educational content for dental professionals. Maintain expert knowledge of Various State Rules and Requirements surrounding Dental CE license, permits and compliance standards. Technical Web Application: Manipulate and assist in the digital design and creation of the algorithmic solutions for the CE Compliance Tracker. Assist with implementation of tools to enhance the User website experience for front/back end users. Assist in providing the technical expertise for the Marketing of the company digital solutions. State Contract Acquisition and OnBoarding: Writing and Submitting Technical Responses to RFI/RFPs, presentations to state regulatory boards regarding company CE solutions for State Auditing and CE Provider management. Working with State Agencies and onboarding staff for incorporating our company web-based solutions into their workflows and communications to licensed professionals. Education/Accreditation: Acquired and maintained various company dental educational accreditations/approvals; ADA-CERP, AGD-PACE, numerous state specific CE Provider Approvals and State mandatory CE Course approvals. Developed Company CE Program processes, manuals and reviews to ensure compliance with the educational standard and reapproval eligibility. Assisted in the compliance and management of the companies inhouse educational platform by acquiring speakers, reviewing content and providing solutions for improvements to on-line learning systems. Executive leadership: Assisting with HR and employee management for onboarding and termination. Assisting with acquiring federal certifications and recognitions to supply the company with more favorable qualifications for government contracts.

Ive decided to organize myself into business! I realized that by being a state dental board member Ive become pretty familiar with dental statutes and rules/regulations (which is something not that may people find exciting). It ties closely with policy and advocacy, another passion. My involvement with various examining agencies and serving in leadership positions within them has allowed me to networked with many fantastic people. They have motivated me to try and take a step toward transitioning out of the OP, embrace my specific knowledge of the industry and move toward finding a certain niche that could be useful for someone out there...CEZoom has been that first step in the right direction...hopefully more to come!
