 Singlehandedly conducted accurate and timely completion of all payroll data entry and wage information for an average of 110 clients and more than 3500 employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Responsible for on-boarding new clients, product training, daily client interaction and problem resolution, and maintaining an overall high rate of client retention. Processing of all quarter-end and year-end tax filings, including, but not limited to, Form 940/941(x), Form W2/W3, Form 1099, and multi-state documents. Processed and submitted daily direct deposits, EFTPS payments, and other miscellaneous bank processes. Maintain knowledge of payroll processing system and changes in tax and wage laws, while dealing delicately with confidential material, to ensure a trusted relationship with our clients and local accounting firms. Planning and coordination of daily operations, including accounts payable/receivable and staff training.

 Provided administrative and transactional support to branch employees. Conducted foundational pre-screening, assess, analyze and pre-qualify candidates for basic job requirements. Scheduled candidates for interviews, prepare offer and disposition letters, and work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction. Coordinated candidate background checks and required drug testing. Maintained all internal and external job postings, and payroll completion for more than 150 employees. Created and implemented weekly training programs for inner-office staff, spanning over 10 locations.

 Prepared and processed payroll for more than 200 companies per month. Responsible for computing withholding and deductions associated with net earnings. Answered inquiries from federal, state, and local agencies regarding taxes and other deductions. Processed time cards to ensure proper completion and authorization. Maintained current knowledge of IRS regulations.
