I have a broad background in Human Resource Management and have combined this with Health & Safety Management at Red Stag Timber, who operate NZ's largest timber manufacturing site, Waipa Mill. Establishing a positive culture, putting Safety first and supporting our line managers to bring out the best in their teams, is a key focus for me. Prior to this I worked as an HR Consultant for Fletcher Building at the Laminex Taupo plant, following 4 years as HR Consultant with Lakes DHB. My role covers industrial relations, H&S, generalist HR including senior role recruitment, remuneration and L&D. My passion is people.
