• Conducts regular sales visits to agencies within the assigned territory to cultivate relationships and loyalty, with the goal of enhancing business retention and driving new premium growth.• Partners with Underwriting to coordinate market strategies, sales initiatives, and identify opportunities for premium growth.• Identifies and seeks out new agency appointments and other business opportunities within the territory.• Provides education and training to agencies on automation services and industry knowledge.

• Assistant Underwriter responsible for engaging with clients to secure necessary financial documentation, updating underwriting files, and monitoring financial and relevant information to maintain current accounts. • Proactively addresses clients’ needs and requests related to the servicing and retention of surety accounts.• Ensures quality management to uphold compliance standards.

• Supervise, train, and assess the performance of staff members to ensure effective operations.• Conduct product audits, quality control assessments, and inventory management.• Develop and maintain budgets to optimize sales and profitability.• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative team player, and a focus on achieving goals.
