All correspondence with contractors was routed through me and I also managed a great part of the transmittal of information to sub-contractors. I assisted the senior contract manager on assessing and evaluating proposals received for projects and managing and logging all early warnings, compensation events and project manager’s instructions. I was responsible to update all contract modifications into the CMSi system and to ensure that all modifications were approved/rejected, communicated to subcontractors and released to SAP.
