This job requires adequate customer service, a friendly demeanor, and an ability to connect with others. In my current role with Anthropologie, I work as a customer associate. This job requires a solid foundation of social skills so that you can connect with customers, give them advice in regards to fashion, answer any questions they may have. During my time at Anthropologie thus far, I’ve had to demonstrate extraordinary service, exercise decision making skills, take ownership of my individual awareness of product knowledge, and enhance customer experience with strong verbal communication skills. With my job at Anthropologie it’s important that I remain level headed in difficult situations, and I believe that skill can be translated to situations outside of this job experience.
