Senior Human Factors Engineer designing new web applications and redesigning several current web applications using Agile development methodologies.Primary responsibilities included:- Communicating with customers daily to coordinate software development priorities in an Agile environment- Coordinating usability across various applications and systems using methods such as surveys, usability tests and interviews- Designing user solutions utilizing best-practices in user-centered design such as personas, wireframes, prototyping and scenarios- Authoring and analyzing requirements as well as managing changes as they arise- Planning and writing stories for the development of functionality- Participating in the Agile software development methodology including; daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospective and planning meetings at the beginning and end of each ten day sprint, and a shared workspace- Performing testing of the system and tracking defects

Served as the assistant to the Regional Director of Operations and three Managers within the Operations department. Primary responsibilities included:-Preparing and maintaining a daily calendar of meetings and events for the Regional Director of Operations. -Providing general administrative support with the operations of three satellite offices. -Processing and maintaining an active log of all incoming and outgoing invoices for the department. -Making travel arrangements and processing all travel reimbursements. -Maintaining a master calendar for all Operations staff. -Maintaining the internal Operations department webpage. -Working with a team to plan and execute the setup of a temporary office in New Orleans, LA. -Working with a team in the design and build-out process of a new office in Washington, DC.
