Was promoted to Lead Account Manager after one year, expanding my responsibilities to include people management, business development and further client management.

Responsible for the end-to-end management of quantitative and qualitative research projects, from proposal to presentation, across the project lifecycle. This includes being the day to day client contact, managing project admin, developing research materials such as questionnaires, coordinating fieldwork, data analysis, report writing and presentations.

Was responsible for the planning and overseeing of quantitative market research studies, ensuring every project was completed to a high standard, within budget and on time. Key responsibilities included the planning and designation of project resources, monitoring progress, managing communications between stakeholders and reporting results.Also assisted in the design of market research studies, including questionnaire design and development. Report writing for qualitative and quantitative studies was also a key part of my role.

Was promoted to Data Analyst from my previous role, which shifted my focus towards data analysis and digital marketing. Key responsibilities in this role included measurement of multi-channel campaigns, creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, report writing, and developing the agency's CRM and data analysis capabilities.

Developed my primary and secondary research skills via learning how to use a range of marketing and research tools, offering knowledge and insight to clients and new business prospects. Key responsibilities included creating topic and trend reports, conducting market research to inform campaigns and new business projects, and planning market research projects.

Was responsible for writing 300 - 500 word reviews on live music gigs and festivals on a fortnightly basis, which were published on The Music website and/or print magazine.

Created and edited content for the website and email marketing campaigns, including uploading and maintaining website content using Wordpress. Additional duties included maintaining and updating CRM databases and other lists.
