Accountable for supervising, auditing, staff reviews and implementing policies and procedures for 14 staff members. Expertise in overseeing Event Specific payers, Interventions and attorney relations, as well as State programs and grant work. Strong background in Hospice and Research/Study billing.

Management development and reporting financial information for Credited and Undistributed monies within the revenue cycle. Assisted the management team in system improvement, user acceptance testing as well as ongoing management of assigned work for staff. Accountable for supervising, auditing, staff reviews and implementing policies and procedures for 9 staff members.Providing customer support with patients and companies on refunded and/or credited money.

Analyzing processes, workflows and data to make recommendations to achieve operational improvements, identify trends and/or facilitate efficiency and cost savings. Utilizing multiple systems and applications to research and resolve issues, identify trends and enhancement opportunities.Participating as well as leading workflow and/or system testing based on operational and compliance requirements.Supporting the management team and their staff through various forms of training and auditing of revenue cycle processes and business practices. Accountability for monitoring revenue cycle processes and the reporting of issues with systems and applications used by all revenue cycle staff.
