Teach online in the RN to BSN Program.

I develop and maintain effective collaborative and educational relationships between VA programs, academic programs, and various community agencies.  I assume the responsibility for the coordination and evaluation of integrated education programs that support the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System.  I am also responsible to teach courses in a BSN Program.

I provided leadership with the development, implementation, evaluation and revision of the educational program for Pre-licensure Nursing in accordance with rules and regulations of the state and federal regulatory and accrediting bodies and in response to identified industry and community needs.  I am responsible for approximately 400 students and 40 faculty.  The quarterly (April -June 2012) NCLEX pass rate for Galen College of Nursing is 96.97% and the year to date (January- June 2012) NLCEX pass rate is 97.18%.
