I transitioned from nursing to medical sales after being approached about an opportunity that was "perfect for me." I researched and found how important the medical device industry with research, development and education is in advancing medicine. In this role I find I am even more invested in the best care of patients.My clinical background in nursing combined with over 10 years of successful sales experience has awarded me respect and loyalty with my customers and peers. My key to success has been building an maintaining relationships and trust. My customers know if I say I will, it will be done. I consider my relationships personal. I work to gain and maintain trust.I have created programs and algorithms to streamline patient care and cause a paradigm shift. My love for educating propelled these programs to be successful and well received among the treating physicians as well as ancillary departments. Continual education with all affected departments left out room for guesswork.I, as an executive account manager with experience overseeing new product introduction and training remain focused on excellence in patient outcomes.
