I managed the effective operations of the company and: - Completed the acquisition of the Legend International assets at a low enterprise value to increase the valuation of Phosphate International from $5 million to $40 million.- Ran a successful marketing program to retain the first international off take agreement with a large Chinese company to the value of $1.9 billion over 10 years- Changed the company focus from exploration to product development after identification of a gap in the organic phosphate fertiliser market- Oversaw financial management of the company- Developed the exploration strategy and project plan for phosphate exploration in Mount Isa- Commenced and ran large exploration project approvals process with DILGP, DES and DNRME- Explored capital raising opportunities with potential customers- Ran research and development programs for organic fertiliser which included a patent application
