As Coordinator of Research and Data, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of standardized testing (ISTEP+, ISTAR, NWEA, ECAs, Accuplacer, WIDA-ACCESS). This includes scheduling, distributing and collecting materials, communicating testing procedures, analyzing the data, reporting the results to administrators, teachers, and school board members, and providing professional development on using the data to inform instruction. In addition to testing responsibilities, I assist with grant writing and reporting for federal, state, and local grants. I support elementary teachers on their use of Skyward for Standards Based Grading and Reporting. I also provide support on the use of the data mining component of Skyward. I am responsible for submitting some of the required DOE reports to the STN Application Center that are related to assessments such as the DOE-TL, DOE-LM, DOE-NT, etc.
