Business Analyst with over twenty-eight years of extensive experience gathering requirements, optimizing business processes, setting policy, and testing within Development/Fundraising for Higher Education. I have a proven track record of productivity, learning new systems, as well as project management. I pride myself in being inquisitive and find joy in finding the best possible solutions that can improve a customer’s/user’s experience. I strive to utilize all available resources to make sure needs are met and improved while attempting to enhance processes for clients, customers, and the business’ best practices. I learned how important Clinical Research is to the community and am thrilled to be a part of this community to use data and analytics in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of medications, devices, diagnostic products, and treatment intended for human use while also protecting those who choose to participate.
