I have worn a lot of hats in my personal and professional life. In every job, I give 100% of myself to every action and interaction. I believe in helping my coworkers be their best self at work and to improve their job skills at every opportunity. Although I do not enjoy creating processes and procedures, I value their importance and have often been on the teams creating and testing them. I want processes and procedures that make everyone's job easier and that actually work. It is terrible to go into a process and try to follow it, only to find out it does not work. There are many skills I have gained in my personal life that help me every day in my professional life. I have raised three children, plus a bonus child, to adulthood. We may have all stumbled along the way but have all successfully made it to their present states. Critical thinking, empathy, and organization were employed daily and still are since the two youngest are in and entering college. I have been using computers most of my life and am always willing to learn new skills and expand my horizons. Until Covid, I had never used the Google Suite but now use it regularly. I also take whatever technology training opportunities are put in front of me, because technology is always advancing.
