Directs the Human Resources and Administration functions for the Engineering Center in Perú, reports to the CIO (Ohio, US). Meets all approved recruiting metrics, i.e. time to fill, cost of hire, quality of hire etc. Coordinates and supports the Climate Survey initiative. Assists in the development and/or modification of HR related policies for Peru operations. Stays abreast of changes in Peruvian legislation as it relates to labor and human resources.
